How to Make a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
Anyone who contacts Forcesshoulder Garage Doors should be treated fairly and honestly. If that did not happen for you, please tell us. This page shows how to send a complaint and what happens afterward. It is a general template, not legal advice.
What You Can Bring Up
You are welcome to write to us about:
- How your call or message to Forcesshoulder Garage Doors was handled
- The way your personal information was treated
- Anything on the site that looks unclear or wrong
- How a provider we connected you with behaved
If the Issue Is With a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one handles its own quotes, prices, workmanship and customer service. If you are unhappy with work on your garage door, the usual first step is to contact the provider directly and keep your notes in writing.
Please tell us too. Feedback about providers helps keep the network honest, and a provider that repeatedly falls short may be removed. Still, Forcesshoulder Garage Doors cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work, or make decisions on a provider's behalf.
Sending Your Complaint
Email contact@forcesshoulder.garden and include:
- Your name and contact details
- The date you reached out to us or the provider
- The phone number or form you used, if you know it
- The provider's name, if you have it
- What happened, and what result you hope for
What Happens Next
We will confirm by email that we received your message, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into the matter, which may involve contacting the provider. After that, we will reply with what we found and any action we are taking.
If You Are Still Unhappy
If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask for a second look. You may also reach out to your state's consumer protection office, your state attorney general, or the Better Business Bureau. If the provider is licensed, your state licensing board may be able to help as well.
